Children in Care Council (CICC)
The Children in Care Council or CICC is a group of children in care who meet to talk about things that matter to them and try to make a difference for others in care, or be a representative for those in care.
The group have recently looked at what children in care are entitled too, such as pocket money, clothing allowances, birthday allowances.
