What is this Florida Virtual School website?

I’m a freshman that had failed three classes this year. I want to make them up and I can’t go to Summer school. Can I take Virtual Classes online during the summer? How do I get started? Do I have to tell somebody at school first to start? What do I have to do in the Online class? Can I take more than one class at a time? How long do I have to take the class?
